Agree to Disagree
People say don’t call me friend if your views differ from mine
This thinking doesn’t unify it only misaligns
Iron sharpens iron we must have space for debate
If we can’t disagree without enmity it may already be too late.
This thinking doesn’t unify, it only misaligns
No one man holds all the truth or else he’d be divine.
God doesn’t speak to only one man His word is for all to hear
Any man who says he speaks for God aspires to be a puppeteer.
God doesn’t speak to only one man His word is for all to hear
You don’t hold heavens keys you are no saviour
Instead let’s agree to disagree, and vigorously so
Let’s contest every idea and question the status quo.
